Welcome to Our Lady of Guadalupe parish family! We are blessed to have you as companions on our journey of faith.
This is an exciting time in our parish, with our new church and the recently completed Parish Life Center.
Your full, active participation in our parish will enhance the quality of our worshipping community. We thank you for choosing to be a part of Our Lady of Guadalupe and look forward to sharing our parish and our faith.
The OLg TEAM
Our pastor, parochial vicar, deacon and parish staff are here to assist our parish members, ministries and community. We also have many dedicated volunteers who serve as council members, ministry leaders and parish volunteers.
Our staff is committed to helping our parishioners practice their faith and supports our parish clergy. Located at the Parish Life Center, the OLG staff handles the day-to-day work of a busy parish so they can assist our parish clergy, ministries, membership, and the local community.
Our Staff
PARISH BUSINESS MANAGER
Anthony Mantellino and his wife and two children became members of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in 2017. Anthony acquired the role of General Manager in 2023. Anthony is currently a Private Wealth Advisor with LPL Financial in Horsham. Prior to this role, He has served as Managing Director, Vice President and Financial Advisor at Mass Mutual Financial, and a Financial Advisor with MetLife and Ameriprise Financial. Anthony has been employed in the financial sector for over 18 years. He is also retired from the New York City Police Department where he earned the rank of Lieutenant and was employed with the NYPD for 21 years. Additionally, Anthony held the position of college professor for St. John’s University in New York and Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. He currently holds a B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University and M.S. from St. John’s University.
Administrative Assistant
Annie has been a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish since 2004. She and her family have lived in the Doylestown area since 1994. Before staying at home to care for her family and mother, Annie worked in the pharmaceutical industry and also served as an adjunct statistical lecturer. She is honored and happy to be a part of the OLG staff.
PARISH SECRETARY
Jeanne Senour joined the OLG office family as Parish Secretary in November 2012. Jeanne has been a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish since its doors opened in 2000. She and her family moved to Doylestown from Illinois in 1997. For eight years, Jeanne volunteered as a PREP teacher while her daughters were going through the program. Prior to moving to Pennsylvania, she spent many years as an administrative assistant and marketing manager. When you come into the office make sure to stop by and say Hello!
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS
Teresa Fischer is responsible for parish communication including the weekly parish bulletin, the website and social media. She also manages private rentals in the social hall. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Bloomsburg University and previously worked in health care marketing, and as a freelance writer. She and her family have been members of Our Lady of Guadalupe since July 2000 and enjoy being a part of such a wonderful parish.
DIRECTOR OF HISPANIC MINISTRY
David Serrano González, has worked with the Hispanic Community for ten years. He was a seminarian with the Vincentians. He is a member of the Young Adult Hispanic Committee and Archdiocesan Hispanic Commission of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. David lives in Norristown, PA, with his wife Katie and their dog Scooter.

DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY
Lisa Kopertowski has joined the parish staff as Director of Youth Ministry. Mrs. Kopertowski is looking forward to developing a fruitful and dynamic youth ministry for Our Lady of Guadalupe parish. Mrs. Kopertowski is a member of St. Andrew Parish in Newtown and has an extensive youth volunteer experience at St. John the Evangelist in Morrisville, PA and St. Ignatius in Yardley, PA. She lives in Newtown with her husband and children.
YOUTH MINISTRY Assistant
Gena Ortega and her family have been members of OLG since 2016, during which time she has thoroughly enjoyed volunteering in Youth Ministry. She also helps other parishes in the Archdiocese in various communication capacities. She is a homeschooling mother of four who loves serving her family and the Church.

DIRECTOR OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Karen has joined Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish as Director of Religious Education after having taught in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for over 29 years. Karen taught Religious Preparation classes in her own parish, Mary Mother of the Redeemer, and at St. Martin of Tours in New Hope. Karen has two grown children, Kaitlin and Matthew, and she and her husband enjoy spending time with them and the rest of their family.
DIRECTOR OF LITURGICAL MUSIC
Paula, our Director of Liturgical Music, came to us from Holy Name of Jesus Church in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, where she served as Director of Music. She is a member of the National Pastoral Musicians Organization, the American Guild of Organists, the American Chorale Directors Association and the Lower Bucks Choral Society.
CHILDREN’S CHOIR DIRECTOR
Lisa Simon and family have been members of OLG Parish since it originated. Lisa is a music educator. She earned her BA in Music Education from Rowan University and her MM in Piano Performance from The Catholic University of America. Lisa directs the Children’s Choir and the Christian Rock band. Lisa is also involved with the Children’s Liturgy. Lisa teaches elementary music in Melrose Park and private piano lessons. When Lisa is involved with her music at OLG she won’t be alone! Look for the accompaniment of her incredibly musical family!
PARISH FACILITIES SUPERVISOR
Joseph Balaza resides with his wife in Doylestown and has been a member of OLG since 2013. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioscience from The College of New Jersey and St. Francis Medical Center with extended studies in Business Administration and Statistics. Joseph brings over 30 years of managerial experience, previously working in the clinical and pharmaceutical industry, as well as the skill sets required for the operations of facility oversight and maintenance.
PARISH AND PREP ASSISTANT SECRETARY
Joanna Huckel has joined the parish staff as Parish and PREP Assistant Secretary. Joanna and her family joined the parish after moving to Doylestown in 2005. She has spent most of her time volunteering at many local organizations. Joanna is looking forward to working with the Parish and PREP families.

Parish Life Center
The Parish Life Center (PLC) is the center of activities for Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. It’s our place to get together and carry out the work of Jesus. It houses the Parish Office, the social hall and meeting rooms.
