Here's What's happening
Blue Knights
Ongoing
When:
We meet on two Sundays each month.
Blue Knights is a youth group for boys 1st through 5 /6 grade.
It’s finally here! After much prayer God has seen to make it possible for Our Lady of Guadalupe to offer the Blue Knights Boys’ Club. This is a fun, faith-filled Catholic club for boys in grades 1 through 5/6. This club is the bookend of the Little Flowers Girls’ Club. This particular program was developed by retired Marine, theologian and Catholic author, Dan McGuire. The program maps out virtues, activities, talks, games and study of saints and the Catholic faith. There will be service projects and outings. They will come to know and understand the importance of all they study as the basis for living their life as the true Catholic men God created and called them to be.
The Blue Knights is part of Youth Ministry and will have the oversight of Lisa Kopertowski, however, the meetings and activities will be run by a young, newly married and truly Catholic man, along with a wonderful Catholic dad of four. If you would like to help in this club or have any questions, please contact Lisa Kopertowski.
Registration is required. You can find the registration paperwork on the youth ministry bulletin board in the Narthex or click here to download.

Girls Flag Football is coming soon!
Spring start dates - coming soon!
When:
Spring - 2026
Where:
Mary Mother of the Redeemer Parish, Corpus Christi Parish, or Lansdale Catholic HS
OLG is excited to announce Girls Flag Football for the Spring.
This sport is expanding rapidly with each NFL team sponsoring their own regional leagues and tournaments. Since 2015, there are over 1.5 million 6 to 12-year-olds who have started playing flag football.
The focus is to teach flag football basics while having fun and being competitive. The league is open to all girls in 5th through 8th grade who are members of OLG and attend PREP or Catholic School. We plan to form junior varsity (5th and 6th grade) and varsity (7th and 8th grade) teams. Commitment will be minimal with one practice a week and one game on Saturdays.
Practice location/time is TBD, while games will be held at one of three locations - Mary Mother of the Redeemer Parish, Corpus Christi Parish, or Lansdale Catholic HS. Players' jerseys, flags, and footballs will be provided by the program; however, mouth guards will be required and need to be purchased separately. Football gloves and cleats are optional but recommended.
We will need coaches and volunteers and there will be refereeing opportunities for high school students.

JOIN CROSSROADS!
If fun, food, friends, games and Jesus work for you, then come on over. Bring a friend or make some new ones. If you think you already know what youth group is, I challenge you to come and see that it is not what you think, but much, much more. Last year we had an average of almost 30 high school students each week.
If you have any questions, email your Youth Minister (Mrs. K). I have a lot of great things planned for the year.
